[Jeryline's glad to get the hell off the boat, definitely. This past month had been some bullshit, she got to do a damn "two steps forward and nine steps back" dance with her inmate thanks to some mind-fuckery turning the ship topsy turvy, and she accidentally hurt one of her friends when she was just looking for a little comfort. She's eager to get off and visit somewhere very new, and it's not like the Admiral's terms seem that hard. She's lived under more rough conditions.

After triple checking to make sure Cleo has all the catfood she'll need and water and her litter box is nice and clean, she leaves the ship, accounting for a couple of inmates, and just decides to walk around the town and see what needs to be done.]

Oh way to make a fellow feel at ease there. [ He looked to her a bit wearily, but after the last month getting his ass handed to him by a dwarf seems less scary then say, the stuff in zero.] Fine, that's fair as long as you you don't be lettin' her kill me.

You should have seen the dwarf, too. He had this long Lady Lovelylocks hair and these ears that stuck out and was dressed like that green guy from the video game. [She made a motion with her hands like she's holding an invisible controller. She keeps pace with him despite being only five feet tall, acting twice her height at the very least.]

I hope Dean ends up in somethin' like that and we can get a picture.

Sorry love, I gave up on games after SOnic and Knuckles. I got no idea what you're talkin' bout but I'll take your word for it. [ Though he did look kind of excited, like a kid going to see something new for the first time. And hey, he's learning to play Halo. Thats something! He liked walking next to Jery, she didn't make him feel as short as some of the other Barge people.]

I had one of those adventure games right before I ran away from home. Zelda! That's what it was, and the main guy was Link. Zelda was the princess and you had to go and save her.

[Though she stops in time to point out a little gathering of Dwarves. Indeed, one is a woman with a massive breastplate and ribbons woven into her glorious strawberry-blonde beard. She's short, and considerably more stocky compared to the human women around her.]

Oh man, if I had a beard like that? I'd... look like Snoop Dog. No, I'm just kiddin'. His little tuft is lame. But I'd do it up in braids and tie it in a bow.

[She sounds pretty amused, and she tugs him to follow her again.] We're gonna go have some fantasy world food. Hopefully somethin' that isn't the equivalent of fantasy world gassy tacos.

[ The little Irishman definitely knew of who Snoop was. Be it because of where he lived and the time period it was hard to escape.

Snoop or the dwarf? [ He asked jokingly. He returned that snide look with a playful shrug. This was definitely a vast improvement from the last month.]

I'm a cheap take out kinda guy love, I don't really care what it is as long as it's edible. The joys of not bein' able to cook. [ Which translates in Doyle too 'Being too lazy too cook'] If I had to guess, burger and fries? ...God I've been in America too long.

You know what that means, right? When we get to a port like we know? We're goin' to a diner, or a pub I guess. Someplace with burgers and those big thick fuck you fries.

[But the smell of beef (she hopes it's beef) is summoning her and she ambles that direction.] There's nothin' wrong with American food, if you get enough runnin' around in.

[ Hell just the idea was fantastic. He missed cheap diner food. Last good burger he got was in London with Seth before his bud went MIA. He was following her, god that smelled good.] I don't know what that is, but damn it smells nice.

I'm pretty much a burger and fries girl. But I'll take whatever that is. [She points to a large dining hall as they get close. There seems to be a cover charge, and she knows she'll have to dip into hotel room and possible awesome cloak money, but she's already fishing to get something out of her pocket.]

Doyle would totally hit the dice games later to try to help get the money made up. His luck isn't always terrible. When they reached the door he pulled his arm free of hers just so he could pull the door for her. Random moments of gentlemenly behavior, shh don't tell. It might ruin his non-exsistant reputation.]
